Description
Concrete Shield is a thermoplastic, all acrylic polymer which forms a long lasting, waterproofing seal on concrete, brick, masonry, aggregate and stone. For pavers see Interlock’s Paver Shield. Concrete Shield’s unique formulation protects against the sun’s UV rays, gasoline, commercial chemicals, deicing salts and oils. This sealer protects the clean natural look of the surface for years.

Application
- Remove all oil, dirt, debris and efflorescence prior to sealing and let dry.
- Ensure that Concrete Shield is only applied when there is no risk of rain within the next 2 hours.
- Do not apply in extremes of temperature (below 40 F or above 110 F).
- Apply to surface of concrete liberally and spread all surpluses with a heavy nap roller. A low pressure garden type sprayer may be used to apply Concrete Shield. Back brushing is recommended.
- Accurate application rates are critical (typically 150 - 200 sq ft per gallon). Do not thin.
- Avoid walking on the sealed area for 6 hours after application and do not drive motor vehicles on the surface for 24 hours.
- ALWAYS WEAR PROTECTIVE GLOVES AND GOGGLES. NO SMOKING. WEAR A MASK WHEN WORKING IN CONFINED AREAS. Please refer to current MSDS.
- All uncured spillages/splashes, and all tools must be cleaned immediately. Use warm soap and water for cleanup. APPLICATION NOTE: It is recommended that you test a small area to assure satisfaction of appearance.

First Aid
If swallowed, give large quantities of water to dilute and call a physician. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with water for 15 to 20 minutes. For skin contact, wash thoroughly with soap and water.
